Math Tutor

I'm a pure Math and Computer Science graduate. I taught calculus for 3 semesters as a peer tutor in university, and a python introductory programming course for 1 semester.

I love to make sure that the student understands 1) the related concepts themselves 2) and sometimes why these concepts are important, needed, or relevant, 3) and then how to apply the concept (meaning, how to actually do the math). I try to go down to the basics and build them up even if the concept is advanced to students whose issue hindering their understanding of the math is a flaw in the basics. In fact, I love to build foundations so I enjoy going down to the basics. I think, and all thanks to God, that God gifted me with patience, particularly in teaching math even if the flaw is deep and the foundations are weak.
