Angelo was FANTASTIC! Very efficient, patient, and informative. Angelo was very flexible with scheduling. He took a complex subject like Calculus and simplified it for my son. Angelo knows the subject amd most importantly knows how to simplify and communicate it to others. I would highly recommend Angelo and Math Tutoring.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

A brief conversation over the phone at the start getting to know them, and getting a list of subjects and topics that the student currently needs help with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. I have also taken Calculus 1, 2, and 3, as well as Differential Equations and Linear Algebra as part of my curriculum.

I worked as a teaching assistant for an engineering class as an undergraduate, so I have had experience working closely with students 1-on-1.

Not only am I comfortable with higher level math, but I frequently tutor my younger brother in high school for his math classes.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

My first session is always free, and price is negotiable.

Otherwise, I typically charge $30 an hour for any subject.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with high school students as well as college students.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Understand what you don't know first. That will greatly help the person who is trying to figure out your weak points.
