Jeremy has been a professional freelance tutor for the past 7 years, and has extensive experience with SAT, ACT, and all things under the STEM umbrella. He is adept at all levels of algebra, calculus, physics, geometry and trigonometry. Jeremy attained his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida, the no. 6 Public University in the country, in 2020.
Jeremy understands the importance of communication and organization, and will work with you + your child every step of the way to create a comprehensive plan of action. Jeremy participated in Mu Alpha Theta (Math Team) in high school and frequently attended math competitions. He was also a state debate champion as well as the president of his debate team. To sum up Jeremy as a tutor, he is passionate, direct, engaging, a little sarcastic, realistic, and tenacious.
I enjoy helping students learn how to learn. I pride myself on cultavating learning strategies to help a client for life. Helping students grow in their careers fuels my love for tutoring. Making a positive impact on a struggling students educational journey is why I enjoy tutoring.

precalculus, calculus, physics, and SAT / ACT test prep are tutored at a rate of $45-$60 an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
Jeremy has been a professional tutor for over 7 years. He has tutored over 1000 students in his career. He started a tutoring program at his local high school that grew to over 20 tutors volunteering every day after school. In college, he tutored ~10 students a week in various math subjects.

Jeremy has extensive experience with All students K-12. Jeremy has also worked closely with children with ADD/ADHD. Jeremy also has experience with college students and adults.
