Mathematics Tutor

My name is Erika R. I'm currently in school for a BS in Mathematics with concentration in Education. I have tutored professionally for 6 years. I have worked with a private company called Group Excellence to help Middle School successful pass their STAAR test and courses. I have tutored with San Jacinto College- North Campus professionally and privately as assisting professors for about a year and a half. I have also worked for University of Houston- Clear Lake for the 4 and a half years as tutor and Supplemental instructor within those years. I truly believe that everyone can succeed in math, no matter how mathematically fragile one may feel. I hope to take my tutoring experience and apply it in the classroom when I become a teacher.

I am proficient in: Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, College Algebra, Calculus 1, Discrete math, Finite math, and Business Calculus.

I can assist in: Calculus 2& 3, Advanced Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Number theory, Introduction of Probability for stem majors, and introduction Statistics for Stem majors.

I offer TeXes Test prep, ACT and SAT test prep, and state test prep.
