I have worked in Education for over 30 years teaching Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and College Algebra at the High School level, but have worked with younger students, also. My approach to tutoring is that everyone learns at their own pace and that is ok. I will find what works best for the student. I want the student to feel comfortable to ask any and all questions they may have or to tell me they don't understand.
