Ms. Andrews Tutoring

I graduated from the University of Kansas in 2003 with a Masters of Science in Education and a minor in learning disabilities. A wonderful job was offered to me after student-teaching, and started a 23 year career at the same school. My class wrote grants to fund a garden and compost program that we used to discus science. This is what makes my teaching style unique and awarded me a Kansas Teacher of the Year experience in 2024. Finding creative ways to help make concepts rememberable. I will do anything to help "make-it-click" because I love the look on student faces when the magic happens. My belief is that students learn best if they are having fun or they enjoy their teacher. Seeing my students graduate and remember me is all I can ask for. I'd love to meet you and see if I can help you feel more confident in schoolwork!
