Literary Tutoring

About

I graduated from Trinity School at Greenlawn in 2020 with a > 4.0 GPA and will be attending Boston University as a part of their Kilachand Honors College in the fall. I received a 750/800 (99th percentile) on the SAT and have received an A+ or A in every English-based course that I've taken from 7th grade onward. I can meet with clients via Zoom and am very patient and hardworking; I'll definitely customize my work to fit your students' needs! I have two years of English tutoring and homework help experience with local 4th graders at McKinley School.

I am an advocate for using literature to better understand the world around us and have been discovering new interests and learning how to express myself through literature since I was young. I'll be majoring in Comparative Literature and plan to eventually become a collegiate professor because I am passionate about teaching reading and writing-based topics to hopefully inspire new generations and am also interested in the research and publishing opportunities that the job provides. I've conducted original historical research culminating in a research paper and absolutely loved the process of discovering undocumented aspects of history in order to share them with the world!
