Naomi's English Help!

Writing and reading isn't everyone's favorite subject, but in today's world, we don't get much of a choice but to master it. I've always loved my English classes and what they taught me. I was nominated for best English student two years in a row, and was one point away from a perfect score on the ever-dreaded ACT test. I've received 4s and 5s on every AP test I've ever taken (11 of them). Even since the beginning of high school, I've offered help to peers and younger students struggling with anything composition related.

I love seeing that lightbulb moment when students realize that oh, that minor scene from the assigned reading actually has huge amounts of meaning! And maybe the author of this poem had a reason for making the words clash so strangely! Comprehension and communication are both essential, both for achieving satisfactory grades and finding success in our careers and futures.
