Ivy League Tutoring With Charlie
About
Charlie Romano is a Yale graduate with a distinct passion and talent for music and math. As a former math team captain and engineering student, Charlie enjoys the subject quite a bit and using that passion to help others. He is also a professional music Director and composer of musical theater with overwhelming love for music composition and performance.
I enjoy working with others in a collaborative environment very much, whether it be in a co-writing session, directing a band or orchestra, teaching an instrument, or solving math problems with a student. I believe that together with others and sharing inspiration allows for everyone to perform at their highest level.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know my student a bit before we start. Learning about what drives them, their passions they have, how they spend their time, what motivates them, and what their goals are. These crucial details allow me to tailor my approach to better fit their learning style, and therefore make tutoring much more productive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have succeeded in upper levels of calculus at Yale university as an engineering student.
I also have a degree in music composition and studied music theory intensely at Yale and in Paris. I also work as a Proffessional musician, music director, and composer/songwriter.
