About
Your progress is yours to grasp. I am here to help you reach your fullest potential and gain the confidence in yourself that you need to succeed. I will never expect nor force perfection; I just want to see you succeed and improve.
I enjoy building confidence in my students. So much of what makes them amazing lies hidden beneath the surface due to frustration and a fear of failure. I am here to boost their confidence and bring out that inner radiance. Their grades improving is just the added bonus!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I like to examine their background and past grades. I want to see what areas are in need of improvement. Then I like to discuss with the student what they hope to achieve and what expectations they have for themselves. From there I tailor my tutoring sessions around building confidence in themselves and strengthening their weak areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor's in Classics. For the past 10 years I have been tutoring from the elementary level all the way into the collegiate. I have an extensive background in the humanities.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I vary my rate due to income levels and financial hardship. Have an open and honest conversation with me and I will work with you.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of students. My main student base lately has been middle school to collegiate level, but historically I have aided as young as first grade. I also have experience aiding neurodivergent students at all levels.
