I know what it is likely to spend a lot of time trying to understand a difficult topic. I hate to see people going through that which is why I became a tutor.
I put a focus on making topics as simple as possible and making a connection with my students.
I am a certified mathematics tutor at a Mathnasium Center. I teach kindergarten to college levels. I also ran a weekly SAT class for two months. I managed to raise my own score from a 1260 to a 1510.
I mainly tutor in standardized testing, mathematics, and chemistry.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing I do is to get to know my student. Every student is different and has a different approach to understanding a topic. I want to make sure I am taking that best approach.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a training course for Mathnasium.
I graduated highscool with a 4.0 GPA.
I am currently pursuing a degree in chemistry at an undergraduate insititution.

It started by me helping out friends who were struggling. Then, I moved from there to more official positions.

I have worked from pre-school students to fellow college students. I connect better with older students, but I do enjoy working with the younger ones
