Mr John Tutoring

I’m a certified teacher in Peoria, IL who has taught both middle and high school math classes. I started teaching after a career change later in life. At 50 years old, I left the printing industry to pursue my passion in teaching.

Since the pandemic turned teaching upside-down, I’ve started tutoring for middle-school math and algebra 1 to help students succeed and support parents with some of the weight of at-home teaching.

On a personal note, I became a grandpa (my son and daughter-in-law’s first) for the first time just a few months ago. My daughter and her boyfriend recently moved back to IL from NYC. My wife and I could not be more excited to have everyone back home in IL and a new addition to the family.
