About
I am a 19 year old student, with a focus on financial technology and business. In high school, I involved myself in 10+ AP courses, leadership roles in clubs, and led a number of tech startup projects.
Having just recently come out of high school and now in college, I know how to help others in the subjects they struggle in. I am a current tutor in college in four subjects, and amongst the students I have tutored, they have averaged a 87%.
I am flexible in my hours, teaching styles, and I put the prioities of those I tutor first.
One of the best ways to help someone learn is to be able to relate to them, know their interests, and when I can use their interests to better grasp concepts. I have worked with ages 8-22 and would be open to working with individuals of all ages.

I'm the type of person who finds the nuances in topics extremely interesting. From cinematography and photography to quantum physics, my interests spread wide. That's part of the reason I love teaching. As much as I am able to help other students and guide them, I learn about their interests and subjects they enjoy too.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I first work with a student, during the debriefing stages in understanding their style of learning, work ethic, and thought process, I alter my own style of teaching to suit their needs. I acknowledge some students need more of a push while others need to reinvent the way they approach a problem entirely. Whatever their concerns are, learning the fundamentals is always my first guiding step in helping others.
