Scott Stiller Math Tutoring

Mr Stiller is not only a professional and intelligent tutor, but also relates with his students on a personal level. I was tutored by him for 7 years and he absolutely helped me through all of my math courses from middle school through high school. I was able to be in advanced math classes and succeed in them due to his individualized strategy and guidance tailored specifically towards my academic needs. Mr. Stillers best quality as a tutor is that he wants all of his students to really understand the information. If there was a problem I struggled on while going through our sessions, he would circle back to problems like that later on, because to him it was much more essential that I understand all of the information than just finish my homework during any given session. He excels in conveying complex topics in very simple terms. I worked with Mr. Stiller through a number of abstract topics during my freshman year of high school, and with his guidance, I was able to move my grade up a full letter. The best part about sessions with Mr. Stiller is that he is personable. He enjoys teaching kids, and helps make the sessions more comfortable. I was very nervous about having a tutor, and Mr. Stiller made the process of receiving tutoring very smooth. An excellent math tutor!

Mr. Stiller was my tutor for 3 years, and honestly helped me succeed in high school math. In each session he would help me learn about the concepts in class through practice problems and homework.
