To have the best outcomes from tutoring possible, I will not ask my students to necessarily work harder but to work smarter by utilizing strategies for success that I will help impliment into their studies.

I first like to assess the level which the student is at over a short period of a few days as well as get an idea of what their goals are. Then I like to take an additional day to practice different learning strategies to see what type the student learns best at.
