Sam Davidowitz-Neu
About
My service stands out because I am empathetic, sensitive, and get a real joy out of seeing kids overcome what they once thought they could not.
The satisfaction of seeing the accomplished look on a child's face when he or she is finally able to grasp a concept with which he or she once struggled is truly amazing.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, the most important things to me are building a rapport and understanding his or her preferred method of learning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I currently work in design, I have a tremendous amount of experience working with children which began in middle school when I worked as a babysitter for a number of families in my synagogue. In high school, I worked one-on-one with a middle school student concentrating on organizational skills and study habits. Several years later, I began working with K-8th grade students in math and study skills through an online platform and continued to do so throughout my time in college and beyond.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rate varies depending on whether the session is in person or online and whether I have to travel or not.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught children of all ages a wide variety of subjects; however, I really love working with kids with ADHD and particularly enjoy tutoring math and organizational skills.
