When you do something for over 30 years and still enjoy it that says something. I have taught grades four through six and love the Intermediate age child. Opening a child's world to the beauty of language and the power of reading are two of my passions. I was an elementary school teacher in the private and public setting for 32 years. I have a masters degree +40 additional graduate credits in the areas of brain research, humor in the classroom, reading and writing curriculum in the area of language arts, creative writing club leader, and student council leader.
