I have been teaching high school mathematics for 26 years. I have taught all levels of mathemtics to students of varying ability levels. I will work hard to meet students were they are at in their learning and build on their prior knowledge so they can walk away more confident in the topic. I have a mastwr in mathematics. I am a curriculum developer. Currently I serve as a mathematics department chair where I get to mentor 24 high school math teachers while they support over 2000 students.
My strengths would be in the followong sunjects: Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Precalculus, Integrated Math 1,2,3. College Algebra Trig.

She is extremely adaptive and can explain things in a variety of different ways. She helps me understand the process and provides steps and check-in points I should ask myself when completing problems. I always leave our sessions with a clear understanding of what we covered in our sessions and I understand how it ties into the bigger concepts.
