About
My business offers one on one tutoring and flexibile hours. I have been tutoring for 2 to 3 years now. It started off with just helping my brother with his homework and then his friends wanted help too. I tutored in highschhol as well as throughout college. I am currently enrolled in University of Florida and majoring in Sports Analytics. I carry out most of my lessons through Skype for Business (can be used on any phone) but I can also use FaceTime. My specialty is tutoring young kids on the basics of Algebra, as well as some of the more complex areas. I also do the fundamentals of math. Such as fraction converstion, decimals, number lines, graphs, and much more.
I enjoy passing on knowledge! It's inspiring to see a kid or young adult grasp a new concept. Math is my passion so to have the ability to pass it on to others is truly a gift and a blessing.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process for working with a new student is just getting to know them. Everyone learns in differnt ways so once I get a feel for how they respond to different methods of learning, I will go from there. This way I can make sure we get the most out of our time and the concpets cary over from just the time the are online with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lotsssss of experience with tutoring. I have been tutoring only math for 3 years and I am a math major at University of Florida.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching becuase of my little brohter. He needed some help wiht math and my parents couldn't always take him to the tutor. So... naturally he would ask me. I tried my best and it turned out I was pretty good at it. So I started offering my sevices to other people and the rest is history :)
What types of students have you worked with?
Literally all types.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice would be.. hire a teacher that understands how you learn. Because if the infromation is not being portrayed to you in a way that you can retain it, you're just wasting your time and money.
