I’m Alexander, a CMU Mathematics alumni, and I have professional experience teaching dozens of students over hundreds of hours in both the SAT and ACT as well as the AP curriculum. Whether you’re a newcomer to these tests, or a veteran trying to squeeze out every possible point towards a perfect score, I can help you achieve the results you need.

Having helped dozens of students increase their scores by 150 SAT / 4 ACT points or more, as well having myself scored in the 99% percentile on both exams (including a perfect score on the ACT), I have the results to back up my methodology.

There are plenty of myths about the SAT and ACT out there – from misconceptions about them being a type of IQ test (they're not), to questions about whether you can even prepare for them (you can), to false impressions that the topics on the tests are random and different from year to year (they're not).

Both these two tests, as well as the ten AP exams I have experience teaching, are a series of predictable, consistent question types that can be solved with smart preparation and sufficient practice -- as well as a tutor to help you learn what they are and explain things along the way.

While my specialty lies in test preparation, particularly the SAT/ACT exams, I am also experienced in helping students of all ages, from elementary schoolers to high school seniors, with general coursework and learning objectives.
