I'm currently a graduate student in Mathematics at UIUC. I have 2 years of professional experience in teaching students. I'm capable of teaching Mathematics at any level and I'm interested in making students learn Mathematics in an easy manner.
The most enjoyable thing is explaining something difficult to your student in a very easy way so that the student understands.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In the first couple of weeks, try to go slow to understand the pace at which the student is grasping the material.
Then get along at a nice sync which helps both me and my student well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate student in Mathematics at UIUC. I have completed my Masters in Mathematics and also my bachelors in Physics.

This is more on an individual basis, depending on the material I'm teaching and the number of hours per week.

I started teaching Math to young students during my college days.

I have worked with both school level students as well as college level students.

Guiding a bunch of Uni High School students in a Summer Research Program in Higher Mathematics.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try to see if the teacher has enough background in the material that the person is going to teach.
