Joann Monroe

My name is Joann Monroe. I have been teaching in the classroom since 2008 (Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 7th grade). I am leaving the classroom and looking to tutor children and adults exclusively for the rest of my life!

I have been tutoring and teaching for over 30 plus years. I also have a countless amount of educational materials to better assess and teach my students to meet them where they are.

Customers will love working with me because I am patient and I make learning fun with an abundance of information and resources. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of education. I will do an excellent job because I enjoy teaching very much and I know it is my passion! My greatest joy is hearing my students say "Oh, I see what you mean," or "I got it!."
