About

I really enjoy getting know my students and delivering the material in a way that resonates with them. I love finding out their hobbies and interests and relating that to what they are studying, so they can really be close with the material.

I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their stories. I really enjoy hearing the dreams of children and encouraging them to pursue it. Sometimes we just need someone to cheer us on to accomplish what we set our mind to.

Whenever my son came from the sessions, he always seemed to enjoy himself and said things made more sense now.

Frequently asked questions

I like to first meet with them on the phone or online if possible just to get to know them and assess what type of things they are struggling with. This is free and this helps me prepare for our first meeting.

I graduated with Computer Science and Computer Engineering Bachlors Degrees at Loyola. I have taken numerous mathmatics classes and minored in mathmatics.

$30 dollars per hour.

I wasn't really planning on teaching, until one of my professors recommended me to help the upcoming engineering students. I enjoyed it and have been helping at the tutoring center ever since.

I have worked with students from Pre-K to College Students. I have worked with students who suffered from learning disabilities as well, but had prior knowledge of their disabilities to help cope.

It has nothing to do with teaching, but when my 5 year old brother was finally able to blow the candles on his own without help. That was nice.

It's best to look around for a tutor and not just pick someone that looks good on the resume. Sometimes you need to talk to them first to get to know them and see if they would fit well. That's why I like to talk to them first before we meet for the first time.

Have they tried it themselves first? The best way to learn is to try it yourself first and then the teacher can help see where you got stuck or what you did wrong.
