There are 3 main areas I am am interested in providing services for:
1. I want to help end illiteracy amongst adults, while providing a non-judgemental and comfortable atmosphere in which to learn.
2. I am also interested in helping non-English speaking people learn the basics of conversational English and basic writing skills in English.
3. I have over 15 yrs experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and have done much work in basic academics, life skills and behavioral modification.
I love helping others to work towards reaching their highest potentials. I am very patient and caring and truly do like helping people. I feel it is very important to get to know the person's needs upon the firt visit.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Upon meeting a student I would get to know their skill level, goals, obstacles and motivations. I would then implement an individual plan that would provide the most beneficial learning experience to reach stated goals.
