I have started tutoring part time since the Summer of 2015. I graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with my Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics, Loyola University Chicago with my Master's degree in Finance in 2014.
I believe that successful tutoring is mutually beneficial for both tutors and students. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping students master their target subjects. I keep a fresh mind and like to meet new people. My teaching approach is tailored to each of my students. I enjoy fostering learning skills and take a targeted approach in tutoring exam skills.

How did you get started teaching?
I started tutoring in 2015 with a well-known tutoring company. I enjoyed tutoring as it provides help to the ones in need, extra income for me, and helps me avoid rush hour traffics.
What types of students have you worked with?
The youngest student I have worked with is only 10 years old however the "oldest" student I have had is working towards her MBA degree. I tutor a wide variety of students and am willing to work with different subjects.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be specfic of what you are looking to achieve. I can provide homework help, knowledge review or exam reviews. Knowing the focus of the students can help me better prepare for the session and significantly improves the effieciency of the study session.
