About

Our country has reached its boiling point in its fight for equality. Frustration at the horrendous events that keep occurring even in this day and age is etched in the hearts and minds of our people. We need change. We need justice, NOW. George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breanna Taylor, Sarah Reed, Joy Gardener and countless other innocent lives have suffered injustice because of blatant racism. WE NEED THINGS TO CHANGE.

We are just 3 high schoolers, and we know we can't change the world. But we will try. We cannot sit here and not do our part. We want to make a difference in the way that we are able to. This is more than just a tutoring business. This is our way of doing our part to invest in a better future. All of our proceeds from this go directly to NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund that supports racial justice through advocacy, litigation, and education.

We are all qualified to tutor your student. We are all current juniors going on to seniors and we are part of the National Honors Society at our school and good students in honors and AP level classes. The courses that the three of us have taken include: AP Statistics, AP Language and Composition, AP Physics, AP US History, and AP Psychology. We believe we are qualified to tutor students in Math and English at a freshman year level and below. We can also support those taking the AP tests we described above, coming from highschoolers that have taken them. :) Our tutors additionally have experience with Spanish, and have taken 3 years of classroom instruction for the Spanish language. One of our tutors also has 7 years experience playing the piano, so we would love to give music lessons for those interested as well!

Please consider choosing our tutoring sessions to support a greater cause in the midst of this fight for justice.

Even if we just help one person, we'll feel complete. We love sharing the joy of knowledge with others. We believe knowledge should be shared! We have some. We should share it. The growth of a student from not knowing anything about a subject to being able to completely understand something because of the knowledge we shed upon them is the best feeling in the world and we hope to do that here.

I really appreciate these tutors, they are really helping me to progress a lot and they are super friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a tutor. I am a freshman and they helped me a lot with my Algebra 1. I also appreciate the fact that all my money is going to a cause that matters

    Frequently asked questions

Our typical process for working with a new student would be getting to know them first so they feel comfortable working with us, and asking questions. Then we would want to ask their opinion on their own strengths and weaknesses to see where it would be best to begin.

We are AP and honors level students. We can tutor from the perspective of just having gone through the course ourselves. And we are more than capable of teaching elementary level materials. Some of the A.P. class we've exceled in are A.P.Human Geography, A.P. U.S. History, A.P. Physics, A.P Language and Composition, and A.P. Psychology.

Our pricing would be $12 for 45 minute sessions and $18 for 60 minute sessions.

We are actually new to this! Give us a chance. I'm sure we'll reach your standards.

We have tutored within our school for Math and English, so we have worked with a lot of freshman and sophmores. Helen has had some experience giving basic music lessons to kids aged 5-12. We'd love to work with all different types of students though! Please just reach out!
