as a freshman in college who graduated with 2 college associate's degrees in science and arts before graduating from high school, I understand just how important it is to get ahead! I've worked with kids as young as 1st grade all the way to 11th grade. Having younger siblings (one with ASD), I can adjust my teaching pace accordingly to the students' needs and understanding. being a student myself majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology on the pre-med track, I can connect and understand my students better by listening to their goals in life and give advice by reflecting on both my past and current experiences in my academic journey. I encourage both student and parent feedback, so I know how I can become a better teacher for my students!
