I currently am pursuing an elementary education degree with special and reading education at Clarke University in Dubuque. I was an AmeriCorps Reading Tutor (K-3) for a year, have been a catechist, babysat, and am in Professional Development School (PDS). I have tutored many elementary aged children throughout my college career. I am certified in Safe Haven and Dyslexia. I have been on the Dean's List for 3 semesters straight. I have a passion for helping students learn by building relationships and creating fun hands-on activities.
