Joe Jonasson

I am a recent graduate of Iowa State University where I studied mathematics. During my time at ISU, I helped teach Calculus 1 and led a review session with 10-15 students three times a week. This program is known as "Supplemental Instruction." Also, I volunteered at a local elementary school doing 1-on-1 and 1-on-2 tutoring in 3rd and 5th grade math classes. So, I have experience working with a wide variety of different levels and have loved teaching math at all different levels! On top of this, I have ample personal experience preparing for standardized testing including the ACT, SAT, and even the GRE. I even worked with a small group of high school seniors as they studied for the English section of the ACT.
