Hi My Name is Ally. I am a very easy going and flexible, personable person. I understand what it is like to struggle with academics as I have my own.

I have appreciated the struggle, as I have learned that anything worthwhile doesn't come easy and that practice makes progress.

I enjoy being able to work work one on one with students as it gives me the opportunity to make the lessons more personal and pertinent to the student’s interest and goals.

I have experience working in the general and special education settings. This experience has given me understanding how to modify lessons and material to the individual needs of each student.
