What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Learning about my students interests and goals helps to build trust, and teach the student in a manner that will achieve the best results based on their own unique learning style. Equally as important is pin pointing the root of why the student is struggling in the first place, which produces desired results that will last a lifetime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Special Education, enrolled graduate student of the special education program and current 7 year special education teacher with weekly trainings and professional development.
