Tutoring

I have 6 years of teaching exerpience in the secondary math classroom. I have taught all classes ranging from Pre-Algebra to Pre-Calculus. In addition to teaching, I have over 7 years of experience tutoring secondary and college math. My teaching experience, along with my education (bachelors in Math, masters in Educaiton) gives me a unique approach to tutoring. I know the standards that students are learning, how they connect and build on each other over the years, and how they will be assessed. I take time to get to know my students, identifying their goals, finding their learning gaps, and working together to fill in those gaps.
