About
Hello!
My name is Aliya. I am a motivated college student. I have completed an Associate's Degree from 2 years of dual enrollment and I am currently working toward a Biomedical Science degree at the University of West Florida. My qualifications include: being the Valedictorian at West Florida High School of Advanced Technology and maintianing a 4.0 GPA for the past 5 years.
My main goal in tutoring is to share my learning skills with others. I hope to not only teach math and science, but to teach my students how to learn future subjects themselves. I am very kind, easygoing, and motivated. I want things to be easy and convenient for not only my students, but their parents as well.
As for experience, I have tutored within my family. This includes helping my mother with Microsoft Office when she returned to college, assisting my niece and newphew with middle-school level math, and teaching my elementary school newphews spelling and reading skills. I am patient with kids and equally patient with adults. I do not judge people or mock/ridicule them for not undertstanding something.
Finally, I am open to sudden schedule changes or negotiable prices depending on my performance. I am also very relaxed with meeting places, and you can choose where to meet.
