I have a bachelor and a master degrees in Math Education. For the past 17 years I being teaching math courses (Pre Algebra, Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, pre calculus and Calculus). I also worked 5 years in a Math Tutoring center.
I love teaching math and helping students understand the material and the importance of learning math.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Diets I will have a introductory interview with the parents or student to know where they need help and what areas are they struggling. Then the student will work on exercise to check those area where they are struggling.
If the tutoring is to prepare for the test will work on that first based on when the test is schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor and master degree in math education and more than 18 years experience teaching.

$50-$60 per hour if we meet in your convenient location depending on the distance.
$40 per hour if we meet in a location of my choosing
$30 per hour for online or phone
First hour is paid in full even if the hour is not completed, from the second hour on partial payment for the amount of minutes.
How did you get started teaching?
I started working in a math tutoring center in Feb. 2000 where I taught most of the math courses. I worked there for about 5 years. In August 2001 I satrted teaching in a High School since then I have taught Pre Algebra, Algebra 1 and 2, geometry, pre calculus and calculus.
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of my students have been High School Students
