About this tutor

I have always enjoyed math, geometry, trigonometry.

I have a degree in Engineering and a MBA. Helped my three children study math at school and later to successfully pass the SAT exam. This teaching experience was extremely fullfilling and made me realize I wanted to keep on teaching.

It is very fullfilling to transmit my knowledge and passion for learning the subjects I love to other people.-

Jerry helped me study for the SAT before college, and GRE after! He understood that geometry, calculus, or algebra all have their unique languages, and was able to help me wrap my head around these. After that, we worked on patterns and helpful tricks to save time in each section, my score went way up! I attended my 1st choice for College and I'm in medical school now. Couldn't have done it without him.

Gerardo is an amazing tutor!!! He LOVES to teach and help his students truly understand the topic, rather than just remembering answers. He is very knowledgeable in multiple topics, so he's able to cross reference in order to enrich the learning experience. With his engineering background, math was easier to learn as a tool, rather than a textbook formula that would soon be forgotten. He's patient, does not judge your mistakes, and will go out of his way to be able to have the student learn successfully. 13/10 in my ranking! I highly recommend Gerardo, he is a charismatic passionate tutor who will change your learning experience forever!

If it weren't for this man I would have NEVER gotten into college. I'm not good at math. He was able to teach me concepts much better than my high school teachers and he did it with a lot of patience and no judgment. He found ways of explaining things so that I could actually understand them and not just be able to answer questions. I could not recommend him enough if you need help with math. I'm beyond grateful for his help.
