Hello, my name is Rondajai and I have recently decided to expand my tutoring company, Bright Light Tutoring Company.
If you choose to work with me, you will find the reason my other clients continue to comeback is my persistence and patience. I am determined to help you understand and conquer whatever your problem may be; however, I am not one to rush you towards the answer. I want all my clients to be able to understand where they went wrong and how they can fix it. The greatest joy is watching my clients face light up in the face of understanding, this is why I became a tutor. I hope to hear from you soon!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With a new student I typically like to talk about what the student feels their strengths and weakness are and why they may feel this way. Additionally, as the child does the diagnostic test I prepared for them I like to take notes about what they struggle with, how I maybe able to help them, and future work I plan to do with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I am a senior in highschool, I have been in AP classes and Dual enrollement coures and I will be receiving college credit for them. Moreover, being in highschool allows me to stay relevant in the subjects I teach and I can connect better to my students.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I tend to keep my prices reasonable.
How did you get started teaching?
I started tutoring last year and decided to keep going and expand because I loved what I was doing.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with hyperactive students and those with learning disabilities.
