About
I make math fun and easier, personalized to the student's interests, learning styles, and specific math challenges.
We figure it out together.
I love it when my students go from frown to smile! They can see they are capable, they get it. That's the best feeling.
I get there by understanding what is in the way, what do they need to make it all easier.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First is about knowing where is the student, both academically and on his/her level of confidence and love for learning.
We briefly explore interests and I ask questions to determine the personal learning style; Is the child better at oral instructions? Does he need visuals? Is she more interested in doing and touching? How about stories?
From there we can start working gaining mastery of the materials and test-taking skills.

I have a Bachelor in Computer Science
Because I also love to teach I have tutored kids for over 10 years, I mentor my students to discover they too can do good and stop the struggle in ways that are fun and engaging. I help them discover their own way.
