What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I spend a few minutes to get the students listening.
I then share with them some thoughts and ask for their view and understanding. i ask them to tell me somethings about themselves and from that point on I converse in the best way to effectively comunicate with them.
In other words I tutor in their lestening.
I will also NEVER disempower them.
