Helped me with factoring. God I hate math but he’s funny. I hope I do well on my test otherwise I might get him to stay in my living room.

Helped in linear algebra after I was unable to find a tutor even though I searched for weeks. Used one tutor at UM and they sucked. He also tutors with all software that the teachers use so the online experience was actually the best I had

Never met anyone who knew exactly what I wanted to know in math so quickly. He had to explain to me some stuff I thought wasn’t important but he explained it in a way better than the teacher

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

make sure the student determines where they are struggling first and provide the problems and coursework they are struggling with.  If a student doesn’t understand where they are struggling, that is usually evidence that the student needs to do more work prior to tutoring.
