My goal is to empower my students reaching their potentials into success. Success is Not only for a grade; passing a test or achieving a high school diploma. The main idea for the success of using their potentials to serve others.

I work as a math tutor since 2005. I have been worked at a school for 13 years. I enjoy working with my students especially my ESE and ESOL students every day. They are my motivational tools. Each day I open my mind and get ready to learn something new. Besides math, I can teach Chinese, too. I have a certificate in teaching Chinese languages and writing skills.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First of all, I will ask a new student to bring up their grades from the pinnacle that I can see what subjects they take in school. Since I am working in a school, I can know what subjects they are struggling or not doing what they are supposed to do ( completing their homework(s))at home. Second, after I know what a new student struggle for, and I will test his/ her own understanding of the materials. Then I can start to help him/her whatever they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had graduated my Master Degree in Arts of Education Curriculum and Instruction since 2013.
How did you get started teaching?
I taught Mathematics in the Middle school between the year of 2005-2008.
