I am pursuing PhD in Neuroscience/aging diseases at Florida Atlantic University, College of Medicine. I have been tutoring since 2008. My experience includes tutoring Chemistry and mathematics (upto calculus) at Broward College, supplemental instructor (Physics) at Florida Atlantic Univerisity. For the past 12+ years, I have been tutoring STEM subjects as well as Test preperations (SAT, ACT, MCAT, PCAT).
I have been tutoring students for long time and have a very good success rating. I assure you that if I am given an opportunity, I will do my best to improve your knowledge in subjects and make you a better student within couple of sessions. I tutor chemistry for college students, particularly Chemistry for Health sciences, and General Chemistry. I also tutor Mathematics including College Algebra, preCalculus, Trigonometry, Calculus I and Calculus II. I also do test prep-courses like SAT, ACT, ASVAB, CLEP in chemistry, math, physics, GED.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I determine student's problem in the subject and then make plans with the student to address the issues. This includes determining the level of understanding in the subject, areas student is having trouble and possible ways to address ir.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working on my PhD on NeuroBiology/Biomedical Science at Florida Atlantic Univeristy. I am a certified tutor from CRLA, International tutor training certificate, Level II during my job as a supplemental instructor for in Physics, Chemitry and Calculus at Florida Atlantic University and Broward Community college.
