I am well rounded toward engineering fields very knowledgeable and aware of all the necessary preparations students should accomplish to succeed academically in any engineering discipline. I have enough knowledge for students interested to join nursing schools or Medical schools. The most enjoyable thing I feel with the work I do is When I put a smile on the student's face. The smile tells me a lot about my work more than words. Stressing the significance of smiling Voltaire said: Smile melts ice, installs confidence, and heals wounds; it's the key to sincere human relations.
In a similar vein, the great playwright and poet, William Shakespeare said, “It’s easier to get what you want with a smile than with the tip of the sword.”

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I would like to ask few questions that helped me learn what type of student I am dealing with. For example, there are students that do not like certain subjects whereas others like the subject, but they are experiencing difficulties either understanding or applying. Sometimes students lack what we call strategy to study certain subjects. I make sure I learn more about the students learning, their strengths and weakness, and whether they are visual learners or not. I believe knowing enough will help me assess what is the right approach to help someone.
