I proudly hold a Bachelor's degree in English from Quinnipiac University, and am currently earning my Master's of Teaching from Quinnipiac University. With a passion for Language Arts and Education, I treat each tutoring job as an opportunity for growth and excellence for both students and their parents. I work with families to ensure that we construct a study plan that is sure to yield academic success. I have vast experience teaching test prep (SAT, ACT) to high school students, but I am also well-versed in the art of tutoring younger students. I primarily assist in reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, test preparation, and study habits.
I enjoy working collaboratively with students and their families to foster a successful academic future. It is so rewarding to watch as students become confident and excited about their work.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students or their parents typically contact me via phone or email. I then ask for some information about what kind of tutoring they're looking for. If I feel that I'm a good fit and can successfully help the student, I set up an appointment. I will travel to the student's town and meet the student at a public location such as their school, local library, or cafe.
