I always go into a lesson with multiple ways to teach the same topic to try and help my student understand what it is they are trying to do
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been tutoring for 4 years now, 2 at college, then another 2 for various tutoring companies such as Carnegie Prep and Varsity Tutors. Now I want to take my skills straight to the people so that don't have to go through a company. They are dealing with a friendly knowledgeable face

What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with college students primarily, however I have been working with a lot more high school and middle school students recently. Stardardized tests and AP classes as well
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't feel intimidated to reach out to the tutor/ teacher and discuss whats been giving you problems. We are here to help you and we want you to feel comfortable talking about things that are not coming natural to you. So be willing to talk about what you are struggling in and be open to improvement; we are going to put our all into you and if you do the same you'll be very impressed by the results
