I make friendship with student first. Then learn their level of knowledge. After this I present methods and tricks to make them feel confident

I work as an engineer. I deal with pretty good amount of math everyday.
How did you get started teaching?
My classmates began to notice my skills in explaining the contents at class when I was a teenager. Since then I always have students arond me!
