Hello there! My name is Jonny and I have been tutoring math for over nine years. I am also a former middle and high school math teacher with a Master's in Education (Secondary Math) from Johns Hopkins University. I understand the tips and tricks students need to excel in math class and on standardized tests. I prioritize student engagement in my tutoring, and I tailor my approach to each student's unique learning style, goals, and interests. Jonny is an exceptional tutor, combining impressive expertise (Teach For America and Ma in Education) with an infectious and fun attitude that my kids adore. My kids have dramatically improved their math grades and always come out of sessions with Jonny with a smile and a pep in their step.
