About
I am a certified teacher and currently teach a 7th grade reading and writing class in CT. I am passionate about helping my students understand why reading and writing is so important and getting students excited about learning!
Tutoring can be extremely beneficial for all students. The one-on-one instruction time allows for students to work at their own pace, and feel comfortable asking questions they may otherwise be too shy or scared to ask in a classroom setting. My ultimate goal to help students get where they need to be in order to be successful in and out of the classroom.
Being able to see my students have that "ah-ha" moment never gets old. I also love seeing students engaged in the work and thinking in ways they didn't even think possible.
