I am sophomore at Vassar College, still in the midst of my education. I am passionate about learning and, as a student myself, I can relate to other students in a way that other tutors can't after graduating. My tutorning approaches are current and I help my students learn through the same methods I have used, myself, to succeed.
I especially like working with younger students from years K-12. I am passionate about going back to help students who are now in the academic position that I was so recently in.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The most most important thing is understanding who the student is, what they are passionate about, and how they learn best. We can then assess what they need help with and how best to move forwards together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently and American Studies major at Vassar College, and I was an honors/AP student throughout high school. I specialize in English and History because that is the field that I am entering and where I have the most experience and knowledge.
