Hello! I'm Paul, and I am passionate about your success in school, and learning as a way of life.
I have tutored university, college, and high school students for 20 years with great success.
I served 8 years as a Community College Professor in Mathematics, Physics, and Meteorology. At The University of Colorado, I fulfilled the role of Teaching Assistant for physics, Energy & the Environment, Atmospheric Science, and Atmospheric Science Laboratory. I have also tutored collegiate student athletes.
I can help you any math from basic math, algebra, trigonometry, calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, or even business math or applied math. I have taught and tutored students in numerous courses from multiple textbooks, instructors, and software platforms. I can help students know how to approach a math problem.
I can assist you with any high school or college level physics course! AP Physics, conceptual, algebra-based, and calculus-based all apply. I have assisted many students to understand science concepts, calculations, display of data, computer programming, scientific writing, and scientific reports.
I can help you in Statistics, no matter what level you are taking.
I am highly experienced and skilled at anything Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, Weather, Climate Change, etc.

Paul is an excellent tutor. Our son really enjoys working with him, and has brought his Math grade up 20% since we started working together.
Helped me a lot with hard concepts and learning those
Paul is incredibly patient and caring. He communicates well and makes math easy to learn. We feel privileged to have Paul on our team.
Paul was a great physics tutor and was great at helping me understand difficult concepts. Our sessions were engaging, hands-on, and beneficial to my learning. It was great to go over homework and other assignments one-on-one. With Paul’s help I was able to go from getting a 50% on my first physics quiz to getting a 99% on the final and enjoying the subject more than I ever expected. I would highly recommend him as a tutor
I engage with a new student for a relationship. I inquire regarding their expectations, concerns, fears, and hopes for tutoring. I then explain my tutoring philosophy. Then, I ask for a diagnosis of how well they are performing the course material subject, and how I can help them best in the first session.

I loved how the entire world got excited for the black hole image constructed by the Event Horizon Telescope in 2019.
Make sure the teacher ask you good questions. Make sure you do not only follow what they are saying, but feel your skills and abilities increase right away.
Where exactly am I stuck?
What questions do I need to prepare for the tutor on the assignment (or task) that I am having trouble with?
Are there materials I could send to the tutor in advance to assist me better?
What are the foundational concepts that I am not understanding?
What bits of information should I have learned before this point that the tutor can help me to understand?
