What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I like to get to know them ,so I know where their thinking process stands.Then I allow them to ask me questions ,so that they feel comfortable. I ask them what their math problem is,then proceed to guide them from there! I like to allow students to build self esteem and their own way of doing things (Perfectionism , not my way of doing things)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I typically charge 10$ an hour. I teach 1st through 6th grade.
How did you get started teaching?
I love kids, I love learning,
put the two together and BOOM 💥 you get tutoring .
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say “If that is making you happy and makes you feel good, then do it.”
